The following general Terms and Conditions apply to orders made from
the United States of America unless otherwise specified.
| Not OEM
Bumpers |
| Our front bumpers are not OEM
replacement bumpers (unless otherwise noted). They are bolt-on bumpers
that go on top of the existing hardware. |

| Shipping
Damages and Claims |
Do not sign for a package that
has been damaged in transit.
The carrier is responsible for all claims. The client must always
inspect the condition of the merchandise in the presence of the
carrier. ATVenture will make every effort to pack shipments securely.
Please contact the shipping carrier when an item has been determined to
be damaged due to carrier negligence.

| Once items are
shipped via UPS Ground, you will be sent an email from UPS with the
Tracking # for your order provided the email address given is correct.
Go to www.ups.com to check the ETA
(Estimated Time of Arrival) of your package a day or so
after shipping. If you want to know the ETA
ahead of time, please contact us via eBay email, via email at
info@atventure-accessories.com,
via live chat, or by calling us at
1-866-789-5840. We are located in New Brunswick, Canada and it takes
approx. 1 1/2 day to clear customs. The general rule is
to allow 5-15 business days for shipping. |
| Non-Defective
Return Policy |
Returns are
accepted for credit only. All claims must be made within 72 hours after
receiving the merchandise by calling 1-866-789-5840.
Non-defective products are
subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping is the responsibility
of the customer. Before any returns are sent, the sales manager of
ATVenture must provide a written authorization and a RAN# (return
authorization number) will be issued. The accessories must be securely
repackaged in the original packaging and the RAN# must be clearly
written on the outside of the box.
All shipping must be pre-paid and returned to:

Please retain your tracking number. No credit will be issued for
merchandise not received by us or received in damaged condition. Loss
of or damage to return shipments are the responsibility of the sender.
You may wish to insure your return shipment against loss or damages.

Covered in the Non-Defective Return Policy |
Product or equipment that has
been subjected to misuse, negligence, or accident; product or equipment
that has been subjected to addition, modification, alteration, repair,
or part substitution. Products or equipment that are not installed in
conformity with the layout plan and / or installation instructions
provided by ATVenture Components Inc.
ATVenture Components Inc products are designed to fit unmodified stock
ATVs or UTVs.
ATventure Components cannot guarantee that it's products will fit on a:
- Damaged ATV or UTV (i.e. attachment points or
frame have been damaged and will not allow ATVenture Components
products to be installed)
- Modified ATV or UTV (i.e. front rack removed,
aftermarket snorkel system, plow, etc.)
- Year [other than specified] (i.e. front bumper
for a 2003-11 Honda Rincon cannot be guaranteed to fit on a 1999 Honda
Rincon
- Model [other than specified] (i.e. front bumper
for a 2003-11 Honda Rincon cannot be guaranteed to fit on a 2008-11
Kawasaki Brute Force)

| Liability |
| The
purchaser of any product releases ATVenture Components from all
liabilties pertaining to the use of those parts. The purchaser
recognizes that any alteration or modification to any machine may
increase the risk or injury, accident, or even death. |
